Quick Start

Go from box to performing in a few steps.

  1. Install the app, download the Nexus Remote app from the App Store. See Installing the App.

  2. Power on your remote, first time? Flip the main power switch on the back to engage the battery, and charge it if needed. Then hold the power button for about a second, until you feel a double buzz.

  3. Pair your remote, choose either:

    • In the app (recommended): open the app, tap Pair a Remote, and select your remote. See Pairing Your Remote.
    • In iOS Settings: open Settings → Bluetooth and tap your remote under other devices.

    If the app offers a firmware update, let it finish, updates apply automatically.

  4. Pick a profile, choose the profile that matches your app or effect, or open Switchboard to run a routine.

  5. Perform, you’re ready.
